I finally bought this product after months of extensive research. I don’t have any medical conditions or health issues, so I purchased this as a preventive measure to prevent anything from arising. I can’t speak if it’s effective or not, but I can speak on the smell and taste.
It has a strong medicinal smell—very strong. It reminds me of oregano, thyme and rosemary all mixed together. The taste is similar to the smell. It tastes like a peppery liquid herbal mix. I’m not sure why so many people are put off by the smell and taste. It’s really not that serious. Just goes to show, you can’t trust reviews. I take two teaspoons a day with no issue and without mixing it.
I do recommend and will buy again when my bottle runs out.
